Getting Started....
1. Pre-approval.
Before we get started, if
you are serious about purchasing a home or land, you will
need to be pre-approved by a lender. If you do not have a
lender, just let us know and we will put you in touch with
one.
2. Buyer's Interview.
My efforts are directed at finding you the best fit, for the best price and terms. We will discuss and define your requirements for property location, size, condition, amenities, etc.
3. Exposure to Inventory.
We will provide you with reports of
all available properties and check the MLS daily for new listings.
In addition, an automated MLS e-mail system is available so
you can be notified immediately of any new listing that comes
on the market.
4. Property Showings.
We research available properties to
make sure your valuable time is spent viewing only those properties
that match your criteria.
5. Choices.
Once the list of available properties
is narrowed down to only those that are of interest to you,
if desired, we will give you expert advice on the pro's and
con's of each property. You will be advised of relevant market
trends and factors so that you can make an informed and educated
decision about your purchase.
6. Negotiation.
Our guidance in preparing an Offer
will help you achieve the best deal possible under any given
market condition. We will further negotiate that Offer to
our best advantage.
7. Financing.
If needed, we can refer you to local
lenders with a proven reputation, who are familiar with our
area and can provide you information about available loan
programs.
8.
Escrow, Closing, Paperwork.
We help assist in making your purchase
as smooth and easy as possible with personal attention to
deal, to include inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and
closing.
